Lab Technician

- Responsible for physical and chemical analysis of final products, in-process samples, raw materials and wastewater in compliance with work instruction, SOP.
- Co-ordinate with QA staff/ Operation staff for troubleshooting abnormal quality by conduct analysis special request sample.
- Prepare reagents and sample as required.
- Maintains records that demonstrate that proficiency testing samples are tested in the same manner as patient specimens. Highlight any abnormal to related personnel.
- Identifies and analyzes problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results, corrects the problem(s) encountered and immediately notifies the management.
- Maintain accuracy and precision analysis by routine run control sample, maintenance and calibration as schedule. In compliance with the Lab’s safety regulation and HSE requirement.
- Learns all assigned new procedures and completes all required documentation.
