1. Check the samples and test norms
a) Check the samples in the Lab sufficiently in accordance with test requirements.
b) Check test norms sufficiently in accordance with test requirements.
c) Report test related issue (wrong sample or shortage of sample, wrong test norms…).
2. Perform test methods upon the orders
a) Reading comprehension of test requirements.
b) Reading comprehension of test methods.
c) Prepare test samples.
d) Perform test methods.
e) Report test results.
3. Check and evaluate test results
a) Check the performance of test items sufficiently according to requirements.
b) Check test results properly and accurately.
c) Check the results in comparison with requirements to evaluate whether they pass or fail.
4. Perform comparison test methods and new test methods.
a) Reading comprehension of test methods.
b) Perform test methods.
c) Evaluate test results.
5. Monitor, check machines, equipment, materials and chemicals for test.
a) Monitor the status of machine operation and report if there is any damage.
b) Perform periodical machine calibration.
c) Check the materials, chemicals for testing and requirements when needed.
