Mô tả công việc
• Ensure all Quality Control tests, both for finished product samples and also for raw materials running properly as targeted
• Ensure all necessary report & records are timely available to align with Quality Control procedures
• Ensure verification and calibration based on schedule
• Perform Preventive maintenance on Lab Instruments
• Promotes the awareness of customer requirements in the Team.
• Assist technical service to solve problem in customer site regarding Lab issue
• Coach and manage employees on their competency development and performance
• Develop Trainees under on the job Training program
• Ensures adequate information flows, stimulates safety & health, team spirit in the department

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Vietnamese native
• University degree, preferred in chemicals, with 5-10 years experience in laboratory, quality Department
• Familiar with MSA ISO TS 16949
• Strong management skill, target-oriented, high sense of urgency.
• Thorough knowledge in Quality Management system, Quality Testing, Tools and Calibration
• Good speaking and writing skills of English and Computer
Workplace: Quang Ngai, Vietnam.
• University degree, preferred in chemicals, with 5-10 years experience in laboratory, quality Department
