Lab QA Team Leader

JOB PURPOSE: Lead to assure the quality of Raw Materials and finished goods of PU and AdMat Divisions meets product specification from Quality control by using Huntsman EHS, Quality assurance and ISO standard.

1. Responsible to lead QC Technician to ensure the quality of finished products meets manufacturing or agreed customer specification. Work closely with formulator or responsible technical service to final the QC specification and test method use in QC.

2. Create a quality tracing program for product or raw material, which has higher sensitivity in quality or higher impact from failure of quality. Lead any quality awareness activity in plant

3. Be SAP QA Key user with responsible to create, maintain SAP QA master data, create and maintain production master data of routing and work center. Review, release or block SAP QC result submit by QC technician on daily task.

4. Quality Assurance investigator in Quality Assurance database for product complaint. Be Coordinator for product compliant. Root cause analysis and close action within agreed target period.

5. Work closely with Warehouse and Production team for Stock management under product shelf life control, Slow & Expire stock management by regular review of material shelf life, provide information and recommendation for management decision.

6. Monthly QA&QC performance report.

7. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, take responsibility by manage / control processes necessary to ensure that products conform to customer requirement.

**Working time: Monday - Saturday (48 hours/week)

1. Hold the degree of Chemistry (preferred) or Chemical engineering
2. Knowledge in the Polyurethane industry, Advanced Material is a plus
3. 3 years’ experience in QA, QC in Chemical manufacturing.
4. Proficient in written and spoken English
5. Proficient in MS Office application
6. Good skill and knowledge in QA SAP module, statistic quality control and ISO 9001 system are advantage
7. Leadership, Result oriented, Execution, Proactive , good analytical skill and strong decision making,
8. High supervision skill to lead team to deliver objectives and output on daily operations
9. Good in time management
10. Good interpersonal and communication to work with team from other departments and from different cultures to deliver business and quality objectives
