Lab Assistant Manager

Assistant Laboratory Manager plays a vital role in the overall for managing the daily operations of the lab. You will takes responsibility for all aspects of the lab, including but not limited to: instruments/equipment, users of the lab, and supplies needed to ensure the lab runs smoothly.

• Manage the operations equipment of laboratory ensuring all works is completed as per requirement.
• Ensure the samples from customers checked properly with the proper instruments.
Ensure all report with the samples (lab dip) to submit to the customer based the specimen required by each customer.
• Ensure operation of lab staff is effective and efficient.
• Make sure their employees follow industry standards and safety regulations for handling and disposing of test samples.
• Monitor the work load and manage work force towards meeting the turnaround time and the quality requirements.
• Maintain, review and update Quality requirements from customers and Group.
• Monitoring and in charge getting quick and reliable results in case of return good from customer.
• Responsible for the calibration of lab equipment.
• Responsible for the maintenance and the condition of the laboratory equipment.
• Ordering and monitoring all laboratory materials required in order to allow tests (laundry soap, fabric testing kits…).
• Responsible for handling and keeping all test results that made in laboratory.
• Other tasks requested by Managers and BOD

1. Graduated university or college in Chemical or Technical is preferable.
2. At least 8 years’ experience in QC/Lab. At least 3 years' experience about management skill in QC/Lab.
3. Knowledge in ISO9001/IS) 14001/TQM/Quality System Management/Quality Statistics.
Knowledge in factory Quality operation and system.
4. Basic Quality concept.
5. Computer knowledge as word, excel, PowerPoint.
6. Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong analytical power.
9. Good supervisory skills.
10. Customer oriented, Organized, Organized.
