LAB And QC Manager

1. Management responsibility
- To take part in setting up QCD system, procedure and practice to promote a harmonious, safe working environment
- To ensure submission of necessary report to the management and other data, report requested by the management
- To control the quality system in accordance with Quality policy and ISO requirements.

2. Quality decision making
Making the quality decision for all Raw materials and Products which are used and produced in the company
3. Non-conformities handling and Problem solving
- Responsible for all non-conformities which is impact to Quality of Products, Materials (Internal and External)
- In co-operation with other departments to handle and solve the non-conformities and
- Report the NC’s to the Management

4. Customer complaints handling
Responsible for all customer complaints related to Products quality, product performance, packaging and delivery

5. Quality audit
- Perform the audit according to the Internal audit program of the company
Responsible for company audit from ISO, Customer related to the activities of Quality Control department

6. Other
Co-operate with the other companies within the group to build up, transfer the technologies, knowledge.

Bachelor/ Master’s degree in chemistry
English is mandatory
At least 8 years’ experience in similar position and have experience in polymer
Experience: Manufacturing, Management and operation experiences in systematic working environment,; Quality management system.
