L&D Specialist

CONTENTS CREATION (60%)
• Content planning, creating documentation, courses and instructional materials
• Develop diverse, innovative and interactive learning contents and assessments incorporating adult learning principles that meet target audience needs using the latest approved learning design tools and learning processes.
• Research and develop continually innovative learning methods
• Work with functional SMEs to establish/create design briefs and/or curriculum for learning solutions or training programmes
• Project manage individual instructional design deliverable from concept to implementation (end-to-end) including: design timeline, deliverables to plan and consultation with managers
• Develop ad hoc HR internal communication materials
• Acquire knowledge of latest content creation tools

COURSE FACILITATION (20%)
• Support internal/external trainers with delivery of technical, soft skills and leadership training
• Manage participants’ portfolio including training hours, and results of tests, etc.
• Work closely with training vendors to ensure training programs are well prepared and complied with Rich’s standards, practices and processes
• Frequent and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure objectives of the learning solution and intended outcomes are being achieved

LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION (10%)
• LMS administration including the management of users, enrolments, etc.
• Maintain, keep Online training inventory up to date

L&D PLANNING AND REVIEWS (10%)
• Prepare & conduct Annual Training Need Analysis
• Conduct post training evaluation feedback and report
• Contribution to build and develop L&D capabilities
• Produce monthly L&D reports
• Other assignments from line managers

• Bachelor or College degree in Education, Human Resources, or Business Administration
• Great teamwork player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge & passionate about human resources learning and development processes
• Expertise in MS Office; Photoshop, AI
• Familiar with e-learning tools (I-Spring, Articulate, Powtoon…) an advantage
• Video editing or animation experience will be highly regarded
• Passionate in learning
