Mô tả công việc
• Supports and assists Bank in the implementation of the UOB AML/KYC Policy. AML/KYC program review, management reporting, compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting and other AML related tasks.
• Ensures UOB adherence to applicable AML laws and regulations in Singapore with the development and implementation of a business-specific Global/Regional/Country AML Program.
• Keeps abreast of new trends and developments in the field of AML/CFT, as well as of legal/regulatory changes.
• Acquires subject-matter expertise to advice business on AML typologies, issues and trends.
• Prepare the AML monthly reports for Compliance Department and other reports per requested.
• Maintained detailed records on clients for second-level review.
• On-going Review Process for ‘Moderate Risk’ customers and ‘High Risk’ customers.
• Create full KYC profiles and evaluate AML client risk ratings based on analysis of client complex data:
o Perform name and account based research via internal and external sources
o Gather and analyze documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and Clients’ guidance
o Perform screening (searches against Sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons and Negative Press lists) on clients and its related parties.
• Identify and escalate any red flags and potential risks as well as operational issues and improvements to supervisor.
• Working with Credit Information Centre (CIC) to get customer’s credit history record.
• Coordinate with valuation companies for valuation reports of collaterals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of Middle Office.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of one year working in Banking Industry
• Understanding of regulatory requirements relating to money laundering and terrorism financing.
• Strong solving problem skills
• Ability to multi-task and execute tasks with a sense of urgency and with the ultimate goal of delivering tasks on time.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Attention to details, team player with a pleasant disposition.
• Familiar with KYC search engines, AML typologies and the risks of different customers.
• Strong knowledge of group and local AML regulations
• Good research skills and the ability to use the various systems in the Bank and commercial databases
Preferred:
• Experience in Banking, KYC and AML solutions
• Good analytical, process management and implementation skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• A strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability
• Prior experience in KYC/AML within Corporate Banking and/or Retail Banking.
