Kỹ Thuật Viên Nuôi Cấy Tế Bào/cell Culture Technician

- Type of work: Full time fixed
- Location: Office at Floor 12, ICON4 Building, 243A De La Thanh, Dong Da, Ha Noi and the lab in Ha Dong area.

- Following standardized protocol and guidance of a Japanese cell culturing specialist (English) and Vietnamese specialist.
- Performing the cell culturing procedures, strictly follows specialist’s guidance: Read and understand the procedures, prepare samples, equipment, consumables, chemicals for cell culturing. Directly perform cell culturing inside the lab which include separating cell types using magnetic separator, using designated cell culturing medium, extracting the final cell mass and preparing the final product that is ready for transfusion.
- Monitoring the quality and number of cells, culturing medium everyday using cell counter and microscope. Ensuring the culturing process is entirely safe and sterile. Checking the quality and safety of the final cell mass using endotoxin and mycoplasma tests. Adhering to safety guidelines of the GMP standard.
- Checking, reporting the culturing results. Preparing the final product and making sure it is ready for treatment in humans.
- Monitoring, checking machinery, equipment, consumables and chemicals used for the cell culturing process such as lab consumables, incubators, vortex, centrifuge, microscopes, cell counter,...

- Graduated in biomedical, biochemical, cellular, genetic engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in directly working with cell culture
- Be careful, responsible, enthusiastic, having professional manner
- Desire to work in a laboratory environment
- Desire to learn, research on new and advanced technology
- English: excellent communication and academic reading skills
- Be able to work independently
