Mô tả công việc
• Phụ trách Vận hành, lắp đặt máy in vải kỹ thuật số theo yêu cầu tại tp.Hcm & Campuchia
• Bảo hành, sửa chữa, hổ trợ kỹ thuật về máy in lụa
• Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho khách hàng qua điện thoại
• Gửi bảng báo cáo lắp đặt hoặc sửa chữa sau những lần công tác
• Đảm bảo tạo mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng
• Công việc được đào tạo và phân công bởi cấp trên
• Công việc sẽ được trao đổi cụ thể hơn khi phỏng vấn.
Job details :
• Responsible for the installation, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance of digital-printing software and machines in Vietnam and Cambodia
• Submit the installation and repair report upon completion of each field visit.
• Produce post-service technical reports and follow up with customers.
• Providing customers with consultative guidance and training on operational and technical issues.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers in order to develop ongoing business opportunities.
• Print and prepare samples and demos when necessary.
• Provide end-to-end phone/online technical support for our customers.
• Tradeshow support including printer setup, demonstration and tear down
• Responsible for system expansion and project implementation

• Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng
• Hai năm kinh nghiệm về ngành cơ điện
• Có thể giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt
• Chăm chỉ , trách nhiệm cao
Requirement :
• High school degree
• At least 2 years of electronic and mechanical experience
• Being capable of communicating in English
• Being diligent, high responsible
• Hai năm kinh nghiệm về ngành cơ điện
• Có thể giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt
• Chăm chỉ , trách nhiệm cao
