Mô tả công việc
1. prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
2. undertake cost analysis for new construction, repair and maintenance works
3. understand the law on investment, construction, bidding, investment, trade
4. perform risk management, value engineering and cost control
5. Examining, comparing and clarifying BOQ of tenderers
6. prepare and analyze cost for change orders and contractual claims
7. analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
8. value completed work and arrange payments
9. Other tasks as assigned by the manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree of related majors in Construction, Construction Economics, etc.
2. At least 4 year experience in equivalent position.
3. English: (listening, speaking, reading, writing) good
4. Office software: Word, Excel, Project, Power point, Auto cad, Internet ... and design applications, calculations support for work.
