- Prepare Cost Estimation, Cost Plan, Bills of Quantities (BoQ), Pre-tender Estimate (PTE), Value Engineering (VE) to high standard. To be able to monitor, manage and check BQ for accuracy and completeness.
- Review designs in order to determine whether design is sufficient for BQ measurement. Contact design consultants for inquiries, when and as required, for any outstanding design information or discrepancies
- Describe / Measure quantities / Bulk check quantities of architectural, structural and infrastructure trades accurately
- Understand the level of rate and, when required, build up rates of architectural, structural and infrastructure trades accurately
- Assist to complete Tender and Contract Documents
- Prepare Interim Payment Certificates, Variation estimation, Final Account for projects
- Undertake cost analysis record of project / summary of project quantities
- Contact local and international vendors for pricing, update material prices trend in market
- Manage and improve the cost databases and other project-related databases.
- Attend project meetings, take notes and prepare Minutes of Meeting when required
- Fulfill the Clients' requirement pro-actively within required timeline by controlling and coordinating internal workforce and resources
- Advise and present matters to Clients / Consultants / Contractors clearly
- Assist to train Assistant Quantity Surveyor and subordinates

- Experiences in Quantity Surveying service is preferred
- Quantities measurement and pricing skill is highly rated and will be tested during interview
