Kỹ Sư QC - QC Engineer

• The Quality Engineer would need to be at the factories regularly to check products during production.
• Manage the quality control process.
• Responsible for ensuring standards are met that coincide with external and internal standards.
• Reducing production delays due to defective parts / assembly.
• Reporting any defective products whilst inspecting and auditing all components through all stages of the manufacturing process.
• Responsible for reducing the need to rework products post production.
• Perform root cause analysis and raise the appropriate corrective action paperwork if any quality issues are identified.
• Take corrective action to rectify non-conformities following processes and procedures at all times.
• Follow up and make sure the factories carry out the improvement measures for the QC issues found during inspection
• Documenting QC issues and ensuring issues do not reoccur
• Adhering to company QC standards and implementing improvements to the process where necessary
• Liaising with suppliers, design engineers and management
• Provide support / help to colleagues
• Assist and work closely with the product design team
• Assist with product testing - Physical testing
• Managing product data and general office administration
• May be asked to assist with setting up stands at exhibitions in Vietnam and abroad

• Ideally someone from a QC, product / mechanical design / manufacturing / production background. SolidWorks experience will be advantageous
• Background in engineering and a track record in a directly similar role would be an advantage
• Experience with sheet metal, metal fabrications, aluminium, plastics, fixings would be an advantage
• General workshop skills
• An understanding of the design process and manufacturing techniques
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Self-motivated, organised multi-tasker with excellent project management skills that enjoys a varied workload
• Must be able to suggest own ideas and improvements to products
• Competent using a PCs and software such as excel, word and outlook.
• Must be able to lift a 25kg weight to chest height (for product testing)
• Ideally would be able to speak and report in English
• Ideally graduated from the university with mechanical major
