• Facilitate with the startup and implementation of BIM process on a project level with the assistance, guidance and oversight of the Corporate BIM development manager
• Create, improve and maintain Families and BIM Libraries MEP, HVAC
• 3D BIM Modeling for Basic Design, Developed Design + Detail Design (Shop drawings)
• Drawings sheets (Basic Design, Developed Design + Detail Design (Shop drawings)
• Quantity Take offs
• Clash detection + reporting
• Ensure the BIM Model Communication and Workflow with Architects and Structural Engineers
• Coordination documentation
• Developing BIM department MEP
• Ensure the success of running projects
• Prepare working environment and attend in define + adjust Company standards
• Schedule Project and Team
• Build up Revit Libraries in Lod 100-500 for Vietnamese, International and German Standard
• Build up Company BIM Templates, Checklists, BIM Standards, BIM Manuals and Handbook
• Quality assurance of the submittals and internal work
• Support the directors and PM in estimate of work or projects
• Supervise MEP modeling project teams and team leaders to ensure a high quality of production work
• Reviewing and checking of drawings and calculations, and ensuring that all appropriate QA/QS procedures and authorizations/ signatures/ stamps are included on drawings before issuance/ submission; Assure that team leaders fulfill their obligations and duties
• Perform regular BIM team meetings, at least monthly; monitor and discuss issues within BIM teams and report to directors; advice and propose adequate measures to improve on procedures and solve issues
• Provide advice on improvements to Management/ Director on internal company procedures
• Assign new projects to BIM teams, discuss projects with team members and team leaders, supervise and control implementation;Support team leader in reviewing of project data/ analysis reports
• Supervise and assure variations to design are included in variation lists and send to project manager on time
• Evaluation of team members and attendance to employee evaluation meetings

• Graduate/ Degree in MEP Engineering (HVAC)
• Previous experience as draftsmen/ BIM Engineer at least 3 Years
• Intermediate leadership, time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage the time of others and to ensure efficiency of organizational processes
• Intermediate written and spoken English communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MEP Engineering
• Advanced REVIT Skills
