* Tóm tắt vị trí / Job summary:
• To be responsible for implementation of the aircraft maintenance planning programs for Jetstar Pacific Airlines' Aircraft Fleet and ensure that all maintenance activities are in compliance with the Aircraft Maintenance Program.

* Trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ / Responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Long-term Planning:
• Daily maintenance planning for entire fleet and control maintenance forecast in AMOS system to make that all work orders to be done in time.
• Issuance of work package for all schedule & non-schedule maintenance tasks
bases on approved Aircraft Maintenance Schedule (AMS).
• Control the Four - Months manpower plan according to Maintenance Management Exposition (MME).
• Prepare the tooling and materials for maintenance this needs to provide to Supply.
• Review and plan for engineering orders (EO), single running task card (SRT), service bulletins (SB) & Airworthiness Directives (ADs) & modification requirements.
• Tracking of all rotable & serialized items having scheduled frequency for overhaul.
• Tracking of aircraft repetitive defect, deferred defects, evaluation of reliability report & solution planning
• Forecast and develop long and short-term range projections of fleet maintenance operations

2. Other tasks:
• Liaise with Maintenance Division to solve any maintenance planning event.
• Liaise with Supply Division to ensure the tools and materials for short-term and long-term maintenance.
• Submit a variation/exemption for maintenance schedule when necessary.
• On-site Technical Representative of C checks; coordinator work / document / communication during C check performance at MRO.
• Comply with all Jetstar Pacific Policy and Procedures.
• Has responsibility for personal safety, security and health & wellbeing.
• Ensure all personnel fully and openly cooperate in safety/ security investigation without prejudice.
• Attend safety governance committee meetings as required.
• Provide information to CAAV/ Lessors as requested
• Perform other duties assigned by Maintenance Planning Manager.

• External: IAE & Pratt & Whitney, Parts OEMs, Airbus, Engine/APU MRO Shops, Aircraft MROs, Lessors, CAAV,…

Extends to those amounts defined in writing as allocated under the appropriate cost centre/budget.

• Giao tiếp và truyền đạt thông tin trong phạm vi công việc được phân công và theo qui định của Công ty

* Kiến thức, kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm / Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Education level:
• University graduate; Aviation, Engineering, and Mechanics are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to communicate to all levels of internal and external organisations in English (TOEIC 400) and Vietnamese.

2. Specific requirements:
• General Knowledge on Aviation at Vietnam Aviation Academy and Jetstar Pacific Airlines
• Basic Engineering.
• Genfam & Servicing on A320.
• Aviation Operation Standard.
• Proficient in the use of AMOS.
