1. Supervise, assign the daily repair job to technicians /Giám sát, phân công công việc sửa chữa hàng ngày cho kỹ thuật viên

2. Evaluate technicians skill and carry out training if needed /Đánh giá kỹ năng kỹ thuật viên & thực hiện chương trình  đào tạo nếu cần

3. Settle customer complaints regarding repair quality of technicians /Giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng về chất lượng sửa chữa của kỹ thuật viên

4. Develop, maintain & ensure work instructions for repair job /Phát triển, duy trì và đảm bảo hướng dẫn công việc cho công việc sửa chữa

5. Support the technical aspects to technicians when needed /Hỗ trợ các vấn đề kỹ thuật cho kỹ thuật viên khi cần thiết

6. Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for all repair cases /Đảm bảo quản lý , lưu trữ  giấy tờ rõ ràng và chính xác cho tất cả các trường hợp sửa chữa

7. Responsible for final inspection of repair process before hands-over to customer /Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm tra lần cuối quá trình sửa chữa trước khi bàn giao cho khách hàng

8. Ensure the housekeeping for service station

9. Other jobs as assigned by Manager

• Qualifications

- Engineer degree holding on automotive field or related /Bằng kỹ sư về lĩnh vực ô tô hoặc liên quan

- Cert on routine maintenance and repair vehicles /Chứng nhận bảo dưỡng và sửa chữa xe thường xuyên 

- With valid car/microbus/light truck driving license. / có bằng lái xe ô tô

• Knowledge and Experience

- 4 - 5 years experience in Automotive service

- English communication

- After sales service experience preferred

- Working time:

          + From Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

          + Saturday : 7:30 am – 11:30 am

- Lunch provided by company.

- 14 days Annual leave per year.

- 13th months salary.
