- Manages all restaurant service employees, daily operations.
- Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees & absence.
- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
- Trains excellent customer service to all employees.
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets
- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Training and hiring staffs
Working Hours: Split shift (6 days/week)
Working Place: 2A-4A Tôn Đức Thắng, Ben Nghe Ward, Dist. 1
Salary: Average range 15 – 20 million
VND/ month (Negotiable)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College or University above, majoring in Hospitality/Hotel – Restaurant/Management/ Business Administration
- At least 3 years in the same position
- Operation management
- Knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent leaderships skills
- Must be fluent in Japanese, English is an advantage
