JOB DESCRIPTION
- President’s personal business planning
- Reading, monitoring and responding President’s email, if necessary
- Answering calls and liaising with clients competently
- Translating, and interpreting Vietnamese-Korean for the President
- Preliminary drafting of correspondence on President's behalf
- Delegating work in President's absence
- Contacting key management staff on behalf of the President
- Planning and organizing meetings,
- Organizing complex travel
- Taking action points, writing minutes and share with relevant management staff
- Preparing papers/hand-outs for meetings
- Planning and organizing events
- Conducting simple research on President’s request
- Preparing presentations
- Making necessary documents for the President
- Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
- President’s personal business planning

REQUIREMENT
- Korean language: TOPIK level 6
- Minimum of B.A. or B.S. undergraduate degree required
- Able to understand manufacturing company and its strategic plan
- Finance/accounting knowledge, experiences in the company
- Preferred experience in manufacturing industry or production related companies
- Working experience at least 5 years or more
- Show responsive, proactive, and self-motivated
- Well organized and value for confidentiality
- Advanced-level skills in Word for Windows and Microsoft PowerPoint. And at least an intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and with a high level of autonomy,
WORKING LOCATION:
- Mainly: Hanoi, Hung Yen, Thai Nguyen, or other countries and willing to travel on business purpose
- SALARY: negotiable
