Korean - Senior Sales Support

Position Summary

The Sales Engine is the department that is responsible for taking solar rooftop sales leads provided by our direct Sales Team and by our Channel Partners and providing Sales Offers to potential clients.
• This involves providing calculations of electricity savings and cost savings that a potential client can realise should they decide to opt for a solar rooftop from Shire Oak.
• This involves the team managing the design inputs into Client Offers, the collection of client data and the production of offer letters to potential clients.

The overall job spec is to act self-reliant as a mature Sales Support Executive, to ensure that the offer letter finalization is operated smoothly, using our company template(s) to complete the sales offer document within the defined time frame.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Determine which type of offer suits best the client?
‘Are we sure this is the offer the client wants with the quality level defined’
• Is the offer letter written in fluent Vietnamese / English / Mandarin / Korean / Japanese and presented in a proficient manner?
‘Is the design appendix easy to read and clear to understand’
• Is the information provided complete and matching with the checklist?
‘Do we assure that the offer sent out is in an "easy to read" format and without mistake.

Must haves:
• You have experience in commercial or operational functions (i.e. sales, marketing, business development etc.)
• You have excellent organizational skills
• You enjoy attention to detail
• You have outstanding communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• You enjoy making projects happen
• You enjoy collating the detail required for a project finance project
• Strong English or English as a native language
• You can work with multiple projects requiring your attention
• You enjoy working with a technical team to give instructions
• You want to be part of a pro-active hard working team who are striving for brilliance

Background:
1. Experiences working for a Korean company is a must
2. Field: Electronic, Machinery, FMCG, Or logistic (no garment needed)
3. Language: Fluent Vietnamese/Korean is must, & English
4. Ethnicity: Vietnamese or Korean

Desirable:
• A second language
• An interest in renewable energy
• Numerate

Details:
• You are required to work at least 40 hours a week with flexible hours at the above location.
