Korean Marketing Manager

The Korean Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing in HCMC with multi-tasking roles to enhance FMP’s brand and services to the Korean community in HCMC. His or her role will include online and offline communications to strengthen relationships with our community of families, institutes, and strategic partners supporting with the following:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage planning and production of marketing collaterals and materials for campaigns (print, online, email and events)

- Initiate sales and promotional initiatives to drive business for FMP HCMC; run and monitor campaigns

- Identify potential business opportunities in the market place and establishing and maintaining relationships with the Korean community; source new business opportunities and partnerships

- Participate in networking events and organizations on behalf of FMP when necessary

- Gather market information and trends; attend regular marketing meetings with marketing team; submit monthly report on sales and marketing activities and results including suggestions and KPIs of campaigns
- Arrange and provide clinic tours as and when required; manage key clients; answer inquiries

- Manage and attend public related promotional events and opportunities for the company

- Liaise and approach local businesses (i.e. private businesses, schools, travel agencies and relocation offices) with an aim to build relationships and securing new market segments and referrals

- Support PR activities following directives from head of Marketing in HCMC; occasional draft and/or distribution of press releases, news and articles may be required in accordance with the company’s policies and guidelines as and when required

- Review editorial schedule and ensure the brand image is maintained with local and expat news and lifestyle publications

- Give brief introduction about the company in public events and seminars as and when required

- Ensure high quality PR material and media coverage for FMP as per directives

- Provide assistance to the management regarding overall sales, marketing and PR activities

- Korean expat candidate

- Available full or part-time

- Minimum 3+ years’ work experience in marketing and PR and communications

- Minimum 3+ years’ managerial background

- Bright, creative, "out-of-the-box" thinker

- Enthusiastic to learn or undertake new tasks

- Fluent in oral and written Business English

- Resourceful, can work independently but a team player as well

- Digital Marketing experience is a plus

- Ability to work with MS Power point, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
