GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION
- Provide regular reports based on records analysis: yield control, stock reconciliation, storage loss analysis, etc. (list in annex)
- Perform on the ground control such as physical and visual counts as well as more subjective reporting (how well the warehouse is organized, how clean, etc.)
- Control and organize the job of local internal security
- Assist factory manager in his day to day control needs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the integrity of the data released by Khai Hoa warehouse (true and accurate inventories, purchase reports, etc…), deter and detect frauds, monitor the operational performances of the factory.

JOB PROFILE/COMPETENCE
Education : College/ Bachelor in accounting major
Experience : Internal Controlling, warehouse management are strong advantages
Communication : Ability to communicate in English and Vietnammese both oral and writing Other skills : Ability to solve problem, Leading subordinate employee to develop/improve their work performance, independent/team work
Computers : Excel, Word, Power Point
Education : College/ Bachelor in accounting major
