- Quản lí và giẩm thời gian chết của các công đoạn: Xả vải, trải vải, cắt, cắt viền, định hình / Manage and reduce Off Standard time for those process Relaxing, spreading, cutting, binding, molding
- Làm việc với sản xuất đưa ra giải pháp và sửa lỗi tất cả các vấn đề / Work with production team to solve and fix all issue happen in process
- Chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu suất tại khu vực làm việc / Response the efficiency commit of area assigned
- Thực hiện kiểm tra các mã hàng, vải, thiết kế, màu mới và mấy mới theo phương pháp tiêu chuẩn, điều kiện máy và con người khi cần thiết / To take the test for new style/new material/ new design/new color and new machine to standardize the method, specification, machine condition, work station and manning needed
- Kiểm tra lại xác minh và duy trì JSS của các công đoạn: Xả vải, trải, cắt và cắt viền, định hình / Verify and maintain the JSS for relaxing, spreading, cutting, binding, molding
- Hợp tác với kĩ sư nguyên vật liệu để xác nhận lại nguồn / Cooperate with material usage engineer to validate the BOM
- Kiểm tra kế hoạch sản xuất với tổ trưởng, quản đốc để cân bằng truyền và đưa ra 1 vài lời khuyên về nguồn lực phục vụ kế hoạch sản suất để giữ và cải thiện hiệu suất nhà máy / Check production plan with production supervisor and superintendent to make line stable And advice DLO needed base on manufacturing demand to keep- improve the plant efficiency
- Hướng dẫn, đào tạo cơ bản cho công nhân mới về đường công đào tạo, đào tạo đa kĩ năng; theo dõi những công nhân có hiệu suất thấp và giúp đỡ họ cải thiện hiệu suất / To lead the new hire training base on training curve and multi skill DLO training, Follow the low efficiency DLO to help them improve
- Đào tạo và phất triển đội nhóm / To train and develop subordinator
- Dự án và cải tiến cải thiện môi trường làm việc, hiệu suất và mức sử dụng nguyên vật liệu / Innovate and Kaizen to improve working environment and efficiency, material usage
- Xác định những lãng phí trong sản suất cải thiện hiệu quả là việc. / Identify waste in the process/operation and make efficient
- Làm việc với GSD team để xác minh lại SAH tiêu chuẩn chính xác so với thực tế và sửa lại nếu cần thiết / Verify actual SAH vs Std SAH & in case of variance work with GSD team to make it correct
- Một vài công việc khác theo sự chỉ đào của cấp trên / Other job as Manager/Senior assign
- Làm việc với sản xuất đưa ra giải pháp và sửa lỗi tất cả các vấn đề / Work with production team to solve and fix all issue happen in process
- Chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu suất tại khu vực làm việc / Response the efficiency commit of area assigned

- Hợp tác với kĩ sư nguyên vật liệu để xác nhận lại nguồn / Cooperate with material usage engineer to validate the BOM
- Kiểm tra kế hoạch sản xuất với tổ trưởng, quản đốc để cân bằng truyền và đưa ra 1 vài lời khuyên về nguồn lực phục vụ kế hoạch sản suất để giữ và cải thiện hiệu suất nhà máy / Check production plan with production supervisor and superintendent to make line stable And advice DLO needed base on manufacturing demand to keep- improve the plant efficiency
- Hướng dẫn, đào tạo cơ bản cho công nhân mới về đường công đào tạo, đào tạo đa kĩ năng; theo dõi những công nhân có hiệu suất thấp và giúp đỡ họ cải thiện hiệu suất / To lead the new hire training base on training curve and multi skill DLO training, Follow the low efficiency DLO to help them improve
- Đào tạo và phất triển đội nhóm / To train and develop subordinator
