The Opportunity
The role is primarily responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage MT channel sales to achieve sales volume, push sales volume.
- Manage people (PGs), Distributor inventory and stores assigned.
- Conduct Join Business Plan - Monthly Business Plan / Quarterly Business Review or Annual Business Plan with Buyers to review sales performance and to ensure a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution.
- Drive excellent execution at account or store level.
- Implement sales processes and company strategies for assigned customers to ensure achievement of goals.
- Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins and the most profitable for the company within timeframe and budget under supervision of Key Account Manager.
- Work closely with marketing team to achieve better marketing plan in term of sales development and providing overview of the products/Brand performance in retail channel.
- Building good relationship with customers to maintain and develop the merchandising status according to the number of facing, eye level, cheapest rental position in order to boost the company product visibility.
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution
- Undertake other tasks requested by Key Account Manager.

About you
- University degree
- 2 - 3 year experience in MT channel (prefer in FMCG business)
- Selling skill, Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Computer literacy (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in team
- Able to work under high pressure
