Mô tả công việc

Due to the business demand, we are seeking talents for:
- 1 Key Account Sales Support/ Tender & Pricing position who will work in Ho Chi Minh Head Office (permanent contract)
- 1 Sales Support position who will work in Hanoi Branch Office (temporary 6-month contract).

Please see below job descriptions:

I. Key Account Sales Support:
Support Key Account Management/ portfolio on ensuring Key account satisfaction according to contractual commitment.
A1. In charge of replying to Key Account portfolio with ad-hoc quotation within a limited timeframe
A2. Coordinate shipments for Key Account Management/ portfolio and other accounts as assigned
A3.Ensure triangular shipment billing instructions are forwarded to the operations team
B1.Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or enquiries
B2.Setup and maintain customer files (KPI / quotations / SOP / specific requirements)
B3.Contact customers following sales calls to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
C1.Report to the KAM and Sales team on customers’ activities and issues
C2. Coordinate with other sections to meet the customer’s need and expectations.
C3. Optimize sales by offering additional services
C4. Maintaining good relations with customers

II. Tender & Pricing
Provide support to sales team, including GM Sales & BD and BDM with below tasks:
1. Quotations/ Tenders
- Requesting for comprehensive/ complementary information
- Cost collection
- Drafting the quotation in e-quotation
- Quotation sent to the customer if salesmen need
- Saved hard copy of quotation in the shared drive
- Quotation follow up
- Updating of events in e-quotation (loss/ secured...)
2. Accounts creation
- Providing supporting documents for 3rd party applications
- Approval of workflow/ account creation- follow up
3. New traffics: Approval of workflow- follow up
4. Shipments activation- Export
- Customer greenlight
- Activate the shipment with Operations team
5. Shipments activation- Import
- Customer greenlight
- Prepare guidance/ instructions to Customer Service/ Operations
6. SOP/ retroplan: Updating SOP/ retroplan

III. Sales Support
Support Manager and translate customer needs into execution process, acts as the bridge between sales and operation teams
A.1 Assist outside sales by receiving and handling enquiries from prospects and customers
A.2 Assist outside sales with punctual visits to customer whenever needed
A.3 Manage the relationship of existing key accounts by proactively anticipating their needs
A.4 Ultimately in charge to gather requirements from a customer and sale commitment before transmission to Middle Office
A.5 Participate with Customer Business Solution (CBS) in the implementation plan of Bollore Logistics commitments
A.6 Provide customer feedback to middle office for continuous improvement which includes optimize sales by offering additional services
A.7 Maintaining rates validity with customers
B.1 In charge of replying to customer with quotation within a limited timeframe which include:
• Advise customer on transport (operations, contingencies, insurances, customs, routing…)
• Review routing provided by MO
• Carry out quotation
• Set validity
• Insure Terms and Conditions are included
B.2 Ensure quotation reminders to customer
B.3 For validated quotes, participate to the set-up of customer’s accounts as per country procedures
B.4 Establish SOPs as per customer's needs
B.5 Ensure SOPs are transferred upon strict validation by Customer Operation Support (COS)
C.1 Review of Bollore Logistics commitments with customer and act upon found gaps
C.2 For larger accounts, ensure as well all required weekly/monthly KPI reports are accurately provided to customer
C.3 Contribute to measure internal KPIs with COS to narrow operational gaps and offer a better service to the customer
C.4 (In absence of relevant contract manager for key or global account), in charge of monitoring operational performance VS. contractual commitment and preparing and reporting in view of QBR (Quarterly Business Review).
D.1 Handle resolution of complaints through further investigation with concerned parties

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Qualification
2-5 years experiences as Sales Support in import and export, freight forwarding or shipping lines
University Certificate major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable
Service oriented and able to work well in a fast paced, team- oriented environment
Great listening and verbal skills with customer
Able to work independently and demonstrate good teamwork
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good computer and keyboard skills
An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Good command of written and spoken English
