Work Location: Long Hau, Long Hau Industrial Park, Long Hau Commune, Can Giuoc District
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop and implement strategies for the management of Key Accounts with the objective of achieving sales and profitability targets and securing new sales accounts
• Proactively review customer profile to understand Customer needs, both short-term and long-term
• Collect market and customer information, for analysis and to develop sales/customer strategy
• Build and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan for directional, operational and strategic changes as the markets needs and demands mature.
• Track sales results vs projected budget and outcomes objectives.
• Identify customer issues and resolves sales related difficulties.
• Handle contract negotiation, pricing, proposal, bid preparation and all customer follow up.
• Timely follow up and management of all leads and updating local and regional management
• Total Customer Fleet Management
• Working with all Managers to develop clear guidelines and strategies that provide competence and growth of the business linked to the business development plan.
• Review and provide a standardized KPI program for all KA/IA customers.
• Identify and implement the best common practice for retention of existing KA/IA contracts.
• Provide and maintain a secure and accurate communications link between the Sales, Rental & Service Managers.
• Develop standardized sales and rental development plans for KA/IA and implement through all sales regions and teams.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Experience in Senior sales management position, with experience in handling Key Accounts in the heavy equipment industry is an added advantage.
• Good market knowledge, strong leadership and people management skills
• Solid track record in sales and sales management
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to manage and track budget spends, a strong sense of urgency, results driven and a good team player.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
