Mô tả công việc

Department: CDSM / B2B

Principle Accountabilities:

- Manage and develop B2B channels including K&N schools, School Milk Programs and Wholesales to ensure delivering sales growth and targets.
- Train, coach, develop and motivate sales force in a professional way.

Reporting Relationship:
- Reporting to: OOH Sales Manager
- Internally: close coordination with Customer Finance, Shopper Marketing & Sales team GT, Marketing, Supply Chain.
- Externally: good relations with Government/local authorities, distributors, strategic partners, local authorities, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Play a strategic role for in-charge channels:
- Based on OpCo business objectives, develop a winning model for each channel with specific approaches and strategic plans
- Cascade and build detailed plans/ programs for execution
- Be a strategic partner to build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders

2. Ensure/ Support stakeholders in daily business operation
- Identify sales driving opportunities and build appropriate scheme/ programs together with Shopper Marketing/ Consumer Marketing for each emerging channel
- Manage the overall implementation of initiatives & programs in these channels
- Support stakeholders on requirements related to business needs
- Have frequent business review with key stakeholders and have necessary actions plan to ensure smooth operation.

3. Ensure sales target achievement
- Define sales target and process properly for each emerging channel
- Provide sales forecast to ensure sufficient product supply in these channels
- Set SMART objectives to each channel and follow up with the whole team frequently to ensure achieving sales growth as defined in the approved plans
- Proactively prepare analysis, review business results and propose proper actions to meet business needs
- Ensure sales team to be strictly comply with company regulations
- Manage and appraise the performance of the team and ensure effective performance through interventions development, training, coaching, motivation, etc.
- Other responsibilities as requested by Line Manager if any
