• Collecting tender information from different sources independently e.g. including policies, point system, insurance formulations list, tender packages, tender committee contact list, schedule of tender
• Manage & keep updated all products’ tender situation in Northern and Central Vietnam
• Reporting to Field Force Manager and to the Management
• Working closely with all stake holders of the tender process including third parties.
• Managing the full scale of tender process including local distributor activities
• Monitoring MOH/SOH regulations on tender
• Field work to communicate and understand hospital tender policy & specific requirement in key hospitals
• Ensure listing of all possible products in all hospitals, both in in- and outpatient departments
• Supporting sales force activities in hospitals
Pharmacovigilance concerning
• Receiving DI/ADRs information from patients, hospitals and healthcare providers and transferring it to responsible persons
