Principle Accountabilities
To develop the customer business plan to deliver business KPIs in the assigned accounts and ensure the effective operation of FCV
To build and leverage customer relationships to maintain mutual benefits
Reporting Relationship
Report to Modern Trade Sales Manager
Subordinates: Key Account Executives within the assigned accounts
On a daily work basis, this job requires close working with cross-functional teams including CDSM (Shopper Marketing, Customer Services, Sales Operations), Consumer Marketing, Finance
Job Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of Business KPIs: Volume/Value growth, market share, profit, forecast accuracy and sales fundamentals for the assigned accounts
Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans/ Category Business Plans
Be responsible for Trade Term negotiation
Work with Brand Team and Digital Marketing Team on recruiting and retaining shoppers/consumers
Ensure listing of new products, channel/ NW promotions
Lead promotion management in the assigned accounts: plan, sell, execute, evaluate
Work with Demand Planning team on forecasting for the assigned accounts
Manage the budget assigned to the channel
Ensure sufficient communication from HO to team and vice versa
Lead the overall operation in the assigned channel
Build and leverage customer relationship at all levels
Build and develop team’s capability
Other tasks as assigned by Modern Trade Sales Manager

- University degree
- Good communication (Vietnamese & English)
- Microsoft office skill (ppt, excel, word…)
- Experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG industry
- Good selling & negotiation skills
- Good stakeholder management
