Mô tả công việc
- Target deliver & grow sales: Explore market potential to grow sales & deliver monthly, quarterly & annual sell in & sell out target.
- Channel management: in cooperation with trade marketing team to identify market potential & store universe.
- Make plan & product distribution to all of targeted stores through channel mapping.
- Account Management: To appoint & build partnership with key accounts through doing Cooperation plans in win-win solution manner. As a Key Stakeholder to deploy company strategies, policy to customers.
- Retail Management Key & main responsibility of in store performance. Manage & take lead to cross function team (product, IT, Finance, Trade marketing) to ensure marketing activities such as promotion, display, new product rollout, reconciliation... In well deployed & maintain.
- SCM: To build sales plan cycle & Make & update weekly/ monthly forecast thru market sensing.
- Sales discipline: well manage & follow monthly working with clear objective & priority. Execute guideline & follow up action plan. Plan & control travelling & entertainment budget under budget allocation & company policy.
- Competitor Intelligence: track & report all activities of competitor, price to line managers.
- Compliance: Ensure all daily operation & decision making are under company compliance policies.
- Other tasks assigned by superior or first line Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in economics/ marketing or comparable is needed
- Any other further qualification in marketing/ trade marketing is appreciated
Knowledge and Skills
- 5 years of Retail Sales or B2B Sales experience is needed
- Prefer to have working experience in handset shop, convenient store, telecom B2B solution selling
- Relevant experience in modern company is needed
- Good communication skill
Language: Knowing English is an asset
- University degree in economics/ marketing or comparable is needed
