Mô tả công việc
• Assisting the Country Sales Manager in controlling, researching and developing the business in Southern provinces, specially Minimart channel.
• Completing the target of Sales and Distribution in the assigned area
• Providing proactive support in building Company's image
• Making proposals, implementing and following up the Sales plans, promotion campaigns and marketing plans
• Building up and supervising the Sales force
• Setting up, developing and maintaining the distribution system
• Implementing the Sales report system
• Collecting and updating market trends and competitors’ information
• Other projects/ assignment as advised by the Country Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Economics or Trade
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience at supervisory or managerial level at foreign-owned/ multinational FMCG companies (in diary or food industries would be a plus).
• Good knowledge in market, sales and distribution management
• Customers communication skill, good leadership
• Good relationship with supermarkets would be preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Can work under pressure and be willing to travel frequently.
