1. Sales job:
- In charge of Modern Market (MM) channel in Panasonic Vietnam and support modern Retailers after sales service of RAC category
- Responsible for Revenue, Profitability, Market Share, Average Selling Price Control + Trade Spend Optimization + Inventory, Forecast Accuracy, AR + Account, Channel, and Modern Retail Management
- Manage and support the work of sales team to chase daily sale jobs (SI/SO)
- Collect and make market price and competitors' activities reports, then propose solutions and strategies to win the market
- Prepare sell out and market information to discuss and negotiate with dealers for sell out tie-up (Joint business plan) pushing, implement sell out activities scheduled by dealers to maximize effect of ROI
- Cooperate with other Product Marketing, Retail Marketing, Marcom, SCM & Logistic, Finance and Accounting teams for excellent execution of sales department
2. Management Jobs:
- Lead and make sure the products' displays are always proper with POP/PSOM and follow the displays' strategies and guidelines
- Excel in company product line up and strategy to discuss with dealers to advance quarterly and yearly targets and activities and ensure achievements
- Update sell out and sell in situations and giving solutions to achieve targets monthly, quarterly, yearly, and product concept ideas for market in next few years
- Have proper feedback to BODs and other related teams regarding the display to maintain shopfront images and relationships with customers
- Lead events and projects according to budget and direction from Sales/Marketing division
- Recruit, lead, motivate, and train the Sales team to meet the needs of the business and ensure they follow company’s policies and future manpower plannings

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: MBA/BA degree or above
- Related experience: at least 3 years of work experience (prior experience in electronics is preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills
- Good command in English & Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills and high team work spirit
- Active and future-oriented
- Ability to work in teams or independently
- Have the ambition, drive and determination
- Goal oriented, adaptable
- Flexible, loyal
- Related experience: at least 3 years of work experience (prior experience in electronics is preferred)
