Title: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Department: DIGITAL PRINTING SOLUTIONS
Geographical area to be covered: Vietnam
Reports to: Digital Printing Solutions – Division Manager
Location: Hochiminh City
Employment type: Fulltime
The Key Account Manager performs as the main contact for all Foreign Investors accounts in charged, playing a very important role to set up good relationships, find out the pain points and offer the right solutions from Rieckermann portfolio. Furthermore, you will be the key person to liaise with internal and external resources to meet the demands.
Job Duties
PRIMARY
1. Sales & Account Management: Promote and sell allocated and solutions for the Digital solutions applications to existing and prospective customers.
▪ Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
▪ Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Sales and Technical Services teams) to improve the entire customer experience
▪ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
▪ Clearly communicate the progress of every project
▪ Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet the target
▪ Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with Makers, Sales and Service to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
▪ Weekly update RIS system.
2. Customer Relationship: Develop, establish and maintain long term, positive relationships with customers.
▪ Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all after Sales activities to your accounts
▪ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
▪ Build up and maintain database of all FDIs (printing and packaging industry) located in Vietnam, with companies originated from PRC, ROC.
SECONDARY
To assist on ad hoc tasks or projects as required by Division Manager and the Management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
▪ Basic knowledge in Printing industry. Experiences in Digital Printing is a plus.
▪ Min 3 years experience in the same position with industrial technical skill.
▪ Excellent B2B sales skills. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; good project management skill.
▪ Good command in commercial and international trade.
▪ Excellent written and verbal English skills.
▪ Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, writing). Other languages (Vietnamese, Cantonese, Korean …) are advantages.
▪ Professional appearance and demeanor.
▪ Team and disciplined working spirits.
▪ Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
▪ Readiness to travel frequently locally and overseas.
▪ Min 3 years experience in the same position with industrial technical skill.
