Mô tả công việc
• Timely and accurate input of customer information in system for following up.
• Reviewing and updating daily priority list for customer services.
• Working with supervisor to help resolve issues and implement corrective action plans where needed.
• Assisting Business Development Manager in approaching/ taking care of key clients in/after contracts signing.
• Supporting Team in bidding & contract stage, collaborate with Operation to gain final costing & sell price range for BDM, and with Account for gross selling price.
• Working closely with BD Team to ensure the best services to clients.
• Managing one shot services for site and clients.
• Other related tasks.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Vietnamese
• Able to handle a relationship and discussion with key clients.
• Bring high quality customer services skills to the clients for maintenance the business.
• Degree holder with at least 2 years relevant experience, preferably working for foreign companies.
• Good command of English is a must
• Good customer-orientation skill
• Ability to work independently as well as work as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel client’s sites to improve the marketing image on site.
• Able to handle a relationship and discussion with key clients.
