Key Account

- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between key major clients and the company.

- Resolving clients complaints and issues.

- Working with design, sales and marketing, operations and technical team members dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs are met.

- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.

- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Have ability to conduct data analysis and documentation.

- Can be self-motivated, independent and proactive to perform tasks. Must be able to work well in a team to interact with external and internal stakeholders.

- Basic computer skills, and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel and Word skills.

- Willing to work remotely.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.

- 85% of official salary during probation. To be granted leave during the probationary period.

- Insurance regime as prescribed by law.

- Working from Monday to Friday and Saturday morning (flexible), working hours:

   + Morning: 9am to 11:30am

   + Afternoon: 13:00pm to 18:00pm

- Company trip 01 years at least 01 times.
