Key Account Executive On Premise Executive

Roles:
Build volume and revenue in On Premise selling in Sales Development objectives and Initiatives establish during the AOP. Develop and execute business programs, leverage efficient call coverage, and ensure all assigned accounts comply with Pepsi performance standards and commitments
Accountability:
1. Grow volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts
- Develop and keep updated an account plan to the PI standard (ASAP)- Make Renewal calendar for the assigned customers and build action plan for on time renewal
- Ensure all key decision makers within the account are wired
- Call on all wiring assignments as planned
- Develop account specific standards for merchandising range, promotions, pricing and equipment
- Develop, sell and execute CDAs with identified customers
2. Execute plans with assigned customers
- Call on each customer per customer wiring plan
- Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field- Issue a promotion calendar on a timely basis
- Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy with field locations
- Monitor performance and compliance, taking corrective action where necessary
- Get customer feedback-direct phone- On Premise.
3. Identify & Win New Business
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop targets
- Work with field locations to exploit new business opportunities
- Co-ordinate and acquire new business
- Align the system to call on new accounts & outlets

University graduation.
At least 3 - 4 years’ experience in selling areas
Experience dealing with On Premise in the same industry
Strong selling skills. Business understanding and analytical skills
Communication, presentation and influencing skills
English proficiency is advantage
Basic MS appreciation
Teamwork, self-driven, discipline.
Professional communication manner
Passionate to connect, deal, and serve customers, field work
