We are seeking a Key Account Executive to be a part of our Seller Growth Team and help bring the seller-platform relationship to the next level. Account Executives liaise between sellers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to seller needs.
The Account Executive reports to the Head of Vietnam of one of our key international brands. The successful candidate should have an incredibly high standard for their role, be proactive with providing solutions/anticipating customer needs and value customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for an individual with marketing/account management background who wants to be a part of an aggressive, growth-minded team that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
● Serve as a primary point of contact for all inquiries, requests, feedback and ideas contributed by the sellers
● Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts/sellers
● Develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with key accounts
● Communicate platform initiatives with sellers under your care
● Identify industry trends, collect and report insights to the internal stakeholders
● Track and communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly accounts performance to internal stakeholders
● Effectively manage sensitive issues and position the platform in a positive light.
