Mô tả công việc
General responsibilities
• Develop and implement processes and strategies (local go-to-market strategies, sales strategies and customer strategies) for assigned e-retailer customers to ensure achievement of goals (product listing on e-retailers, sales performance, promotional activity planning, demand forecasting)
• Work closely with Digital Business to align and integrate e-retailer strategies with those for e-marketplaces and brand.com customers into a holistic e-commerce channel plan for FMCG and HEC clients
• Work closely with the cross-functional and cross-BU teams to ensure efficient and effective execution, leveraging support resources and standard operating procedures to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best-practices (e.g. Modern Trade)
• Identify the short-term business needs and objectives of key e-retailer customers and develop/sell proactive business solutions across the full demand/supply chain
• Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins
• Manage and monitor e-commerce execution performance (availability, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation etc.) and ensure issues are quickly resolved by the team
• Develop deep insights and actionable recommendations from post-evaluation analyses and incorporate into customer strategies
• Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. Evaluate trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions
• Develop, monitor and recommend improvement initiatives on business processes, customer services and new techniques (category management, scanning, etc.)
• Develop and build relationships with customers and a network of contacts to order to understand customer needs and achieve business objectives

Functional skills and knowledge
• Demonstrate sound commercial skills and proven key account management experience
• Demonstrate sound understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain, digital marketing and branding
• Demonstrate a general knowledge and understanding of the e-commerce industry/market/competitors/customers
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and communications skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
Soft skills
• Demonstrate strong cross-function and cross-BU collaboration
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills
Education
• Degree in Sales/Marketing, or related fields
Work experience
• Minimum two to three years’ experience in Modern Trade/FMCG
• Demonstrate sound commercial skills and proven key account management experience
