Mô tả công việc
+ Market visit on weekly basic. The areas will be in key cities including but not limited to Da Nang, Binh Dinh, Nha Trang, Lam Dong and Hue.
+ Negotiate with outlet owners for volume, sell-out campaign, visibility and PSAs
+ Check and report stock inventory
+ Open new outlets, following guideline from KAM
+ Set and manage KPIs for outlets
+ Lead and make sure visibility displayed in the strategic position, following company guideline
+ Field analysis: get a business sense to see the opportunity as well as the challenge in the area and able to propose action plan to deliver business

Yêu cầu ứng viên
+ At least 3 years working in field sales
+ At least 1 year working in KA channel including OT, supermarket, mini supermarket chain, key HRC outlets
+ Knowing cigarette industry is an advantage
+ English: Intermediate level
+ Excel: Intermediate level
+ Presentation: Need to be confident
