Level 1: Key Account Executive
Drive the aligned sales turnover through the assigned customers
Build and develop good relationship with Unilever account. Capture and solve occurred issue(s) relating to respective account.
Strategy planning and execute plans.
Responsible for farming and keep growing current local customers.
Conduct sales presentations, formulate sales proposals, develop and build close rapport and relationships with identified customers/target groups.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits;
Study and capture information of customers (at present and in future), competitors and information of industrial fields relating to label decoration
Coordinate with manager to set up sales and marketing strategy and method of how to contact customer
Level 2: Assistant Sales Manager
• Grow the Open Nomination Business which is key for Checkpoint’s diversified business potential.
• Collaborate with the Cross Functional Units to direct sales activities of the sales team and drive sales revenue.
• Build and maintain relationship with agents and buying offices.
• Lead and develop a strong sales team, and to ensure an effective sales organization to support business growth.
• Oversee profitability of accounts and products
• Explore business opportunities for new products and establish network throughout the country.
• Guide and direct the sub-ordinates in achieving their objectives and develop skill set.
• Follow up company guidance on commercial and financial related to P & L.
• Follow up new developments with Ops team and relevant people.
• Work closely with Global Account managers for new business development
Position level is defined & confirmed depend on candidate ability

At least 2- 5 years of sales experience in FMCG/ HPC Printing/ Apparel/Footwear manufacturing, merchandising and trim accessory supply preferable.
• Strong knowledge of the Printing/ apparel industry.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and activities in the industry.
• Provide marketing and management with market and industry intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of standard printing technologies including offset, flexo, digital ,thermal & laser
• Maintain company ethics code and standards of professionalism.
• Ability to conduct business and operate at several levels within an organization and at varied cultural, social setting
• Participate in marketing events such as industry trade shows and seminars.
• Mature judgment to identify and analyze problem and implement solutions. Highly organized with a multi task orientation.
• Ability to develop and drive vision, strategies and sales tactics in country
• Strong knowledge of the Printing/ apparel industry.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and activities in the industry.
• Provide marketing and management with market and industry intelligence.
