Mô tả công việc
Business Development (Sales)
▪ To get add in business sales for the branch and maximize conversion of enquiries into orders.
▪ Develop relationships with a predefined portfolio of clients and ensure the team permanent contract renewal are achieved.
▪ Analyzing client data to propose an efficient plan of client relationship management and identify growing opportunities within territory.
▪ Monitoring and supervising the KA team on track to achieve Branch sales KPIs.
▪ Identify and create a network with key decision makers of the existing clients to develop and maintain relationships in order to ensure long-term success.
▪ Establishing and overseeing internal selling price with the company and external budgets with the client to balance the corporate opportunity.
▪ Working with cross functions to ensure the highest quality of materials are being provided and all client needs met.
Client Service
▪ Ensuring the quality of service delivery and maintaining good liaison with the clients
▪ Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
▪ Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
▪ To conduct detailed inspection at the client's site and prepare quotations for the clients through the system if needed.
▪ Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
▪ To give a report of client feedback and propose a solution to the Branch Manager.
Administration & Accounts
▪ For the timely and align SOP with internal support team
▪ Review and monitor those KA processing or policies that need to be compliance
▪ Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
Maintaining Systems
▪ Ensure the required systems related to sales are updated on a timely basis.
▪ To prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Report to Line Manager if required
▪ To maintain and review clients Database

▪ At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Customer Services
▪ Excellent in both English and Vietnamese communication skills, both written and verbal.
▪ Highest commitment to client service and satisfaction.
▪ Honest and organized team player.
▪ Strong computer skills; Ability to learn and work with new programs.
▪ Ability to communicate, present and influence decision makers at all levels of an organization.
▪ Good planning and organizational skills.
▪ Sense of urgency with the ability to multitask under pressure.
▪ Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and motivate others.
▪ Must be a good listener, and a people-person.
