Kế Toán Trưởng/ Chief Accountant

Working in Nhon Trach 2 Industrial Zone, prefer candidates who live in Ho Chi Minh City, Car pick up from HCM city

• Maintain, managing the Finance - Accounting system. To train and control all staffs to complete mission on time.
• Daily checking, controlling, comparing and approving the entered in the accounts’ slips. Control cash payment and transfer.
• Prepare financial statement and financial analysis report.
• Make internal report as the Director board’s requirement, Set up Budget and Control according to each kind of expenses.
• Controlling staffs for prepare Tax declaration report per month, balance Tax ending year and PIT, CIT, contact with Tax office.
• Preparation of the annual budget, assisting and contributing to the Company’s Business Plan
• Prepare audit schedules for external auditors and contact important problems with auditors.
• Organizing to analyze effective business and financial result, giving suitable and necessary ways to save cost and raise the effective in business.
• On behalf of company to make and maintain the relationship between related local government agencies (tax, bank, audit,…).
• Check document & work with Inspection Tax.

* Requirement
- University Degree in Accounting above
- At least 3 years of General Accountant
- Age: from 27 years old
- Chief Accountant Certificate
- Good commands of English
- Proficiency in computer skills and accounting software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and work well under pressure
- Experience in foreign company is advantage
