Kế Toán Tổng Hợp / Senior Accountant

- Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ của kế toán hằng ngày theo chính sách và thủ tục kế toán. Kiểm tra sắp xếp, hoàn thiện, lưu trữ hóa đơn, chứng từ kế toán.
- Theo dõi, hạch toán tất cả các nghiệp vụ kế toán bao gồm: Tiền mặt, tiền gửi ngân hàng, mua hàng, bán hàng, tài sản cố định….
- Theo dõi và giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan tới công nợ
- Làm các báo cáo thuế, báo cáo tài chính theo định kỳ.
- Viết hóa đơn chứng từ
- Chi tiết công việc sẽ được trao đổi trong quá trình phỏng vấn.
- Implement day-to-day general accounting activities according to the accounting policies and procedures
- Check and complete all the payment requests and all accounting invoices to ensure correctly and in compliance with local regulations and policies of the college
- Resolve the problems belong to payment;
- Check all the entries on Accounting system to ensure correctly;
- Maintain accounting records and supervised all transactions accounting processes and monthly closing preparation to ensure the adequacy of monthly internal report and external monthly reports, tax reporting;
· Prepare all accounting statements to ensure they have been accurately recorded;
· Perform other duties related to accounting, as and when required.

- Vietnamese national
- Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years experience in similar position in education or service industry is preferred
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English is advantage.
- Results oriented with attention to details, Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literacy in MS office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
