1. Kế Toán Tài Sản Cố Định (Fixed asset Accountant)
- Check all fixed assets arise on the system
- Allocate costs related to machinery (set up, loading, calibrating, ...)
- Fixed assets inventory at the end of the fiscal year
- Make detail accounting reports for assets after closing: Fixed assets, accumulation depreciation of fixed assets, intangible assets, accumulation of depreciation of intangible assets
- File asset records
*) Prepaid expense
- Check the GL expense account, actual documents from the department to find details of the items as a basis for allocation of the accrual period.
- Find out the flow data from IMP to GL, link between no and bill of lading, commercial invoice to allocate time to extract.
- Make detailed accounting reports for short-term and long-term accruals.
*) Financial
- Prepare records for loans.
- Register new loans on the system.
- Follow interest, principal due
- Make Vietnam excel report.
- Make detailed accounting reports for loans, interest, guarantee.
- Make report monthly about loan status
- Make report on medium and long term foreign loans to the State Bank quarterly.

2. Kế Toán Giá Thành (Costing & Production Accountant)
- Check in-out quantity of Raw material, find out the difference between booking and reality
- Conduct monthly and quarter stock-taking and make report
- Create the book mapping between system and Vietnamese accounting standard
- Handle all problem relating to Material warehouse
- Study about how system run and calculate cost of good sold
- Manage relating account which constitute the price
- Analysis data and explain the fluctuation of the price
- Explain with other outside department if arising problems

3. Kế Toán Thanh Toán (AP - Tax Accountant)
- PIC AR and AP module
- In charge of and dealing with the banks
- Control and process for oversea suppliers
- Other jobs and complete tasks as required
- Comparing bank account and books balance
- Make TRS system everyday
- Payment in domestics
- Declaration PIT, FCT & PIT Supporter

- Graduated from the accounting department of public universities
- Good command of English
- At least 1 year experience in the same position
- PC proficiency especially excel
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex issues
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Established analytical ability
