Mô tả công việc
• Verifying document before making payment, included checking unit price, quantity received, legally information requires on invoice
• Verifying and making sure that beneficiary of payment is correct
• Managing vendor master data by co-operate with Procurement for all information related of tax code, vendor’s address, beneficiary name, bank account, bank name
• Co-ordinate with bank for related transactions between company and bank
• Monthly reconciliation between sub-ledger versus general ledger for all vendor ledger accounts; reconciliation debt recorded in system with vendor
• Performing AP aging report on weekly basic (for cash flow forecast) and monthly basic (for month end closing)
• Providing all payment information forecast into cash flow forecast for next 4 weeks
• Other tasks assigned by FM/CFO

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 2 years working experience as accountant
• Working in multinational company is a plus
• Using ERP
