OGILVY VIETNAM The advertising team focuses especially on providing strategic, creative and
content driven solutions for clients across a wide range of channels. These include
communication planning, brand architecture, brand equity modeling, Big Ideal development,
research consultancy, design, creative development and production management.
We are looking for an Accountant who can handle the responsibilities as following:
 Handle all kind of payments either to outside suppliers or internal employees (ensure
invoices accuracy, pay on time, records proper account)
 Record invoices and archive all accounting documents.
 Follow up account payable within the required system
 Reconcile monthly bank account
 In charge of daily accounting operation and monthly report (to support General
Accountant to prepare month-end report)

Qualifications:
 2 or 3 years of experience in accounting, graduated from university or above
 Having experience in a service international company is a plus
 Having experienced in month-end closing and internal audit is a plus
 Able to work under pressure, able to communicate in English is preferable
 Having eyes for details, reliable, team work player spirit, good organization skill
