1. POSITION AND PURPOSE
This position is a “Hands On” Costing analysis, inventory management, Intercompany transaction and fixed assets role accountable for facilitation of Finance and Information System functions within Rheem Vietnam. The role must ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided that is in compliance with Rheem, Statutory and Taxation procedures and policies for the company and country. This role must ensure the management and maintenance of the company’s Information Systems.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES
• In charge of costing and inventory.
• Handle intercompany payables to Rheem Vietnam and Rheem Australia.
• In charge of costing, review and adjust involved bookings and transactions
• Supervise inventory activities under his/her subordinate.
• Conduct or plan on monthly stock take. Propose and take action for inventory variances.
• Propose and plan for inventory provision.
• Actual internal financial reports. Coordinate with General Accountant for monthly actual data.
• Management the fixed assets, calculate the depreciation and stocktaking quarterly and annual as regulation.
• Involve the team for ERP- Bravo implementation.
• Co-ordinate with General Accountant in inter transaction reconcilement.
• Propose suggestions to improve costing control.
• Instruct subordinate to follow up the guidelines related to inventory and costing
• In charge of intercompany transactions with Rheem Vietnam and Rheem Australia.
• Coordination of annual audits

3. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Knowledge and education level
o University degree in Accounting and Finance major.
o Professional training in English and office computer skills.

• Experience
o At least 3-5-year experience in accounting field. Working in manufacture industries are preferable
o Knowledge and experience in VAS and IAS.
