GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION
An enabler to achieve excellence in business decision making;
Finance business partner of Production site in Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Set up and maintain cost center structure, standard cost product master data;
• Prepare annual budget (capex, opex, headcount), yearly mass update standard costs & set up new transfer prices;
• Prepare quarterly forecast, monitor & ensure transfer price target is met;
• Perform month-end, year-end closing activities:
Prepare P&L analysis/ comments (local GAAP & group GAAP);
Calculate actual unit cost, explain variance versus standard cost, give recommendations;
Prepare Management reports, Plant Performance Review deck;
• Calculate/ update standard cost & transfer price for new products;
• Standard cost simulation based on requirements from R&D, Sales, Management;
• Ad-hoc analysis: make or buy, ROCE, savings…

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or Economics;
- 4 years of experience or more, with at least 2 years in Costing and/or FP&A role in manufacturing;
- Proficiency in Excel & written English.
* Shuttle buses provided for employees from HCMC & Bien Hoa to the Plant.
