KAM Center (Base Hồ Chí Minh, Phụ Trách Central, South East)

- Territory Management: analyze business results, customers, markets, competitors to propose strategy and actions plan for short and long term, frequently visit and update disease management approaches for customers.
- Product Expertise: study the company product’s portfolios to master franchise expertise level.
- People and Team Development: coach team members though dual calls on the field; lead and develop people in accordance with Servier values and standards.
- Company Projects: contribute, participate and organize different types of events and projects to support for the business growth.
- Other reports/tasks assigned by Line Managers

- At least 1 year experience at managerial position.
- Good performance (qualitative & quantitative parameters)
- High level of product and medical knowledge
- Good sense of business acumen to identify business drivers and assess the ROI.
- Strong leadership, planning and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- High responsibility, integrity, team work and collaboration
