We are a 100% Japanese own enterprise
For expanding our new business, we are in urgent need of 03 Sales
The position is based in Hanoi City and sometimes goes on business day trip. This position reports directly to Sales Team Leader in Vietnamese and expatriate sales manager in English.
Responsiblilities:
- Conduct sales support activities via answering emails, calls and client meetings (FDI companies); maintain good clients relationship
- Co-operate with Sales team and other departments (import-export, purchasing, production...) to support clients in the full sales cycle, including prepare P/O and Quotations, following orders status, solving arising problems
- Prepare quotations based on company's regulation, customer demand and market situation
- Introduce, consult products and answer customers' queries via phone and email
- Conduct market research (on product, competitor, market share...) and analyze prospect market, contribute idea to develop products
- Submit daily reports to manager in English
- Participate in training Courses frequently
- Support with advertising products of the company to customers effectively: contribute to increase the number of customers and sales result
