Mô tả công việc
*** Primary JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Sales Management:
• Develop sales strategic plan in order to achieve the given target.
• Execute sales activities and effectively manage sales performance.
• Explore new business opportunities through development of partnership with hospitality groups and owners.
2. Planning and Analysis:
• Conduct market intelligence including general business practice and competitors to define appropriate sales plan.
• Hold weekly meeting with sales executive (SE) team to keep tracking on sales volume generated and ensure SEs fully understand their roles, KPs, expending budget and strictly comply the system of procedure (SOP).
• Timely evaluate sales progress and results in order to make suitable changes or adjustments.
3. Resource Management:
• Make daily sales calls and visit customers regularly.
• Manage and control expenses for business trips according to the company policies and procedures.
• Develop and well manage customers’ database.
• Manage crisis timely and effectively.
4. Report:
• Report to Senior Sales Manager about sales performance on weekly and monthly basic.
• Provide feedbacks and inputs on market and competitors’ activities to Senior Sales Manager and report new opportunities for improvement and sales growth.
5. HR Management:
• Maintain a high level of motivation among sales team through effective team accompaniment and evaluation of individual’s performance.
• Create a teamwork spirit and strongly support the team building at all levels.
• Ensure development and training support are a profession to a highly professional and effective according to company policies and procedures.
6. Confidential: Commit to keep confidential of company information captured during and after employment such as pricing, costing, source and suppliers, business plans, etc…
7. Teamwork:
• Closely work with other members of sales in order that all business plans are well communicated, fully understood and gets their support.
• Collaborate with other departments in order to run and deliver all projects efficiently.
*** SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
8. Drive and promote leadership in team through the 4 roles of Path finding, Aligning, Empowering and Modeling.
9. Understand the philosophy and culture of the company, practice on daily basis during the Q up to support the Vision, Mission and Company Objectives. Keep the brand alive culture and promote its values. And energize the daily Q up.
10. Responsible to develop, drive and achieve the agreed Objectives Goals Strategy and Measurements (OGSM) established during the Corporate Planning Cycle. The measurement will be established by agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
11. Participate and contribute towards the various planning session and updates the management on the progress of the plans during the Management Meeting Review (MRM) and the monthly Management Committee Meeting (MCM) Promote continuous improvement including strategic reviews for related functions utilizing quality process and participation in high performance.
12. Responsible of its team member’s development, coaching and counseling.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College degree, major in hospitality or marketing is preferable.
- At least 4 year experience in sales and marketing, and knowledge on F & B is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Passionate, doable spirit, result-based approach and highly responsible
- Good leadership skills and analyzed mind.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 6.00pm
